Poetry Tea Party!
April is Poetry month! We have been busy writing, reading and learning all about the different kinds of poetry. On Friday, we celebrated our unit with a Poetry Tea Party! We chose our favorite poems and read them aloud, while enjoying lemonade and cookies. It was a great afternoon!
Frog Adventures with Mrs. Plummer!
This
week, Mrs. Plummer visited our class and taught us all about frogs and
toads in Maine! We learned about the different species and what
sounds they make! Then we got to go outside and investigate real frog
eggs. Super cool! Here are a few snapshots of our science work:
